SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Prosperity Immigration Law (“the Firm”) collects, uses, and protects information related to SMS and TEXT message communications. Prosperity Immigration Law is committed to complying with all applicable federal regulations governing SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules.

1. SMS / TEXT Consent Collection

We collect your mobile phone number and SMS/TEXT consent when you:

  • Complete our online contact or intake form with SMS consent language
  • Sign an engagement agreement with SMS consent language
  • Verbally consent during a consultation or intake call
  • Text START to our SMS number

2. One-to-One Consent — Scope of Consent

SMS consent obtained by Prosperity Immigration Law is collected solely for communications from Prosperity Immigration Law. SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
