SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Prosperity Immigration Law (“the Firm”) collects, uses, and protects information related to SMS and TEXT message communications. Prosperity Immigration Law is committed to complying with all applicable federal regulations governing SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules.
1. SMS / TEXT Consent Collection
We collect your mobile phone number and SMS/TEXT consent when you:
- Complete our online contact or intake form with SMS consent language
- Sign an engagement agreement with SMS consent language
- Verbally consent during a consultation or intake call
- Text START to our SMS number
2. One-to-One Consent — Scope of Consent
SMS consent obtained by Prosperity Immigration Law is collected solely for communications from Prosperity Immigration Law. SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your consent authorizes Prosperity Immigration Law — and no other organization — to contact you by SMS regarding your legal matter.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your mobile phone number and SMS/TEXT consent are used solely to send:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Case status updates and document requests
- Deadline alerts related to your immigration matter
- Responses to inquiries you have submitted
- Administrative and billing communications
We do not send marketing or promotional TEXT messages. All SMS communications are transactional and directly related to your legal matter.
4. No Third-Party Sharing
Your SMS/TEXT subscriber information, including your mobile phone number, will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates, except:
- As required by law or court order
- To our SMS service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf, under strict confidentiality obligations

6. Data Retention
